The Prince Bernhard Nature Fund (PBNF) has opened its program of grants for projects in favor of the conservation of the environment and animals.
PBNF is an organization that focuses mainly on supporting local initiatives that are aimed at the conservation and care of flora and fauna, especially in developing countries and whose forest and natural area is wide.
This organization only supports foundations and non-profit organizations, previously registered. They do not support only individuals. In addition, preference is given to different organizations from developing countries, belonging to Latin America, Asia and Africa, which focus on tropical issues and conservation.
The maximum amount for grants is $ 25,000 USD or 25,000 euros, this depends on the type of project, the size and the impact it generates.
It is important to bear in mind that the organization has two grant application cycles, for which, the closing dates are: February 1 for the first cycle and August 1 for the next cycle.
